These terms govern your use of the Meridian website and your purchase of equipment and supplies from us. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Professional & intended use

Many items we sell — including medical, dental, laboratory and aesthetic devices — are intended for use by trained professionals in an appropriate clinical or laboratory setting. You are responsible for confirming that a product is suitable and lawful for your intended use, and for holding any licences, certifications or training that its use requires in your location.

2. Product information

We aim to describe products, specifications and images as accurately as possible, but configurations, packaging, included accessories and specifications may vary or be updated by the manufacturer. Photos may be representative. Where a product is configurable, the final specification and price are confirmed on your quote or order.

3. Quotes, orders & pricing

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. A quote is valid for the period stated on it. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — including in cases of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or where we cannot verify eligibility to purchase a regulated item. Placing an order or receiving a confirmation does not guarantee acceptance until we confirm dispatch.

4. Payment

Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. By submitting payment details you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method. Larger equipment orders may be arranged by quote and invoice.

5. Shipping, returns & warranty

Delivery timelines, return eligibility and manufacturer warranty terms are described in our Shipping & Returns policy and on individual product pages. For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or sealed single-use items may not be returnable.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meridian is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use products purchased through this site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
